Exhaust manifold bolts cut off, now what?
Ok guys, so today I took my catalytic converter off in order to replace it (had holes in it). The car is a 1993 Ford Taurus, so as you can imagine the bolts were pretty rusted on the manifold. 3 of the bolts cracked off from high torque, the other one I had to cut off.
The other halves of the bolts are still in the manifolds. I put penetrating oil on them to possibly loosen them, but I'm not sure if these are bolts or studs. I don't even know if they can be taken off... So what's the best option? Trying to drill them out? If so, is there a flexible drill extension I can use - they are sort of tucked away in there.

Drive it to a muffler shop and they will take them out for you. It might run you about 50.00 but it is a lot easier than doing it yourself! It is too much hassle, I did it to mine and it took about 3 days of trying! And I took it to the muffler shop and they had them out in about 15 min. So save yourself the time!
