Impossible bolts =[?
I'm replacing the head gaskets on my 1992 ford explorer.
I'm all the way down to the exhaust manifold and I cannot get the bolts loose. it's in a tough to reach spot so i can’t use a impact wrench but nothing else will work,
any suggestions ?
also while I have this thing apart is there any thing else i should do ?

Let me guess it the bolts on the RH side by the heater box. Spray the lock collars with WD 40 or equivalent. Before you strip the heads, try a 6 point 14 mm metric socket. Use a breaker bar & carefully rock them back & forth until they crack loose. If they break off, they can be drilled & retapped once the heads are removed. May have to access the bolts from the wheel well (remove the front wheels)
