Do you prefer, Dodge, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, or other ?

Ford makes a good truck, I have had good luck with Chevy and GMC, but am now worried that "Government Motors" will not be as good. Dodge is a good truck but tends to have transmission problems.

Do you like 4x4 (four wheel drive) or 2x4 (two wheel drive) ?

4 wheel drive is good for snow and off road use. 2 wheel drive will do what you need under most conditions.

Do you prefer, 150 (1500), 250 (2500), 350 (3500), 650 (6500), or other?

It will depend on what I want the truck to do. If towing a heavy trailer or carrying a heavy load, you need a truck with a higher GVW.

So you like Dualies (6 wheels, 2 side by side in the rear and 2 at the front) or standard (Your everyday 4 wheel truck) ?

A dual rear wheel truck is great for towing a fifth wheel trailer, or for carrying very heavy loads. For normal use, I do not need that capacity.

Do you like automatic or manual ?

Automatic is easier to drive, but a manual can give you more control. It depends on the usage, the cargo and or trailer, and the type of roads.

Do you like diesel or gas ? Gas for light duty use, diesel for heavier hauling and towing

Do you prefer, single cab (Two doors) , super cab (Two full doors with a back seat), crew cab (Four doors), or other ?

The "super cab" or extended cab gives more interior room and as a large person, that is important to me.

Do you like a long box or a short box ?

A long bed is more versatile, and can hold more. It depends on what I am using the truck for.

I have owned so many trucks I can not count. All makes, from pickups to tractor trailers.

Did you have any problems with the truck ? If so what were the problems ? All vehicles have problems after time.
