What is this BMW car?

It looks to me like an M3. It has the side vents (The oval with louvers and a line through the middle). It has dual exhaust exits with dual tips on each (making four outlets). They exhaust openings are centered, but not in the middle. They are close to the middle than most cars, but they are jot like a corvette. It has the Halo-style headlights, and the laillights are th "L" shape. I'd like to know what model this is, as well as some engine specs and maybe a price. Thanks.
I think it is an M3 with mild body mods.

I might add to the guy who mentioned: I will be buying an older one, I despise the rounded looks of the new ones.

I think you're correct, M3. The 8 series had pop-up headlights and is too old to have the "angel eye" headlights. The little vents are right below the side mirrors and this kind of tips you off that its an M3 and not a 330i, as they look VERY similar.

The car has either a Tip-tronic tranmission or a 6-speed and the motor is a Naturally Aspirated in-line 6 cylinder putting out about 330HP and 295 torque.

Nice car. You're still looking at paying around $30-35K for a used one that is a couple years old and in decent shape. If you go new (05-06) you're looking at high $40-50K depending on what packages are on it.
