what would you tell a young mopar lover?

first off, I am 15. My father gave me his 1999 dodge ram 1500 shortbed with a magnaflow muffler, and some chrome pipes in the side of the bed. my ultimate goal is to make this a show/daily driver. I want something people can say "hey, now you don't see that everyday." my original idea what to paint it pearl white, with two blue stripes. some centerline wheels and get the back lowered to be equal to the front to give it a lowered look without actually being lowered. maybe a shaker hood of some sort, i'm not sure. so what you got for a young mopar fanatic with a love for his first truck?

they would definitely say that you don't see that every day,what id do is look around and see what the other trucks around looked like and try to make mine different but not so different that it stood out like sore thumb,look at some of the sport trucks try to add to it enough that its different but not to the point that it,looks pimped out,you can do some minor modifications to one and make it look real good without having to spend a small fortune on it,all i did to mine was add a good set of wheels, repaint it a darker color and tint the windows,and its different than most i see,id try not over do it,then drive it and enjoy it,spend some money on having the interior done ,that's something most people don't really think about is having a real nice interior,good luck.
