Make aftermarket exhaust louder, Dodge 4.7L aftermarket single in dual out turbo muffler?

I put a single in dual out turbo muffler with turn-downs on my 2002 Dodge ram single cab truck with the 4.7 l v8. Im looking for tips on making the exhaust louder. It is a 3" pipe to the muffler and the muffler is located right past the cab.
i dont want to put a different muffler on my truck i already put a 2 chamber turbo muffler i just want to make it louder than it is now

let me answer your question with the same wit you use dont waste your money on this truck its not worthit they are horriblely unreliable under powered and look like the designers were just getting even sell now or even better just give it away buy a ford or chevy cause dodge is not the first choice for the intelligent consumer now for anyone else; this asker has nothing better to do than go into other brand/makes and makes comments about the iferiority of everything thats not dodge this is an open forum for advice not opion please be polite and not insulting unless you want people to treat you how you treat others and to answer your question put a 4 inch megaphone exhaust tip on or dauls
