This is what i have in store for my 91 mustang gt conv. next summer. Let me know what you think. Be truthful!! Engine Kit, Top End - Satin Cobra Intake, Gt40x Heads, & E303 Cam, 1-5/8" Shorty Headers, 2.5" Off-Road X-Pipe, & 2.5" Catback. i know it will sound beefy but any ideas on the horsepower increase and any other ideas. Alos it is an automatic.
Sounds great if it's factory geared go with 3.73's Does the auto have a shift kit, or and original GT. Don't forget the Chip. With your upgrades and chipping it you should be pushing about 330-350 hp. Add under drive pulleys,and and electric fan, and electric water pump and Cold air kit or a K&N conical and add about another 35-50 hp. This is my daily driver I have a 90 GT convert. What fun! You might want to go to 5lug, for better wheel choice, I went the Lincoln route 100 years ago now going with Sn 95 spindles and cobra 13" in front and disk rears to stop my car it so fast fix it all over not just go fast it has to stop to. Subframes? Go with 31 spline axles for all the extra torque and 5 lug.
