What can I do to make my charger faster?

My buddy has an 06 mustang with the govenor removed and a mopar cool air intake what can I add to make my dodge charger 06 beat him in a race but dont want to mess with nos or turbo chargers please be specific.

ok - I will assume he has the GT and you have the RT - in this case very little you can do - he has a lighter car with about the same amount of HP - your best best if you don't want NOS or Turbos would be lightening your car - but you will never get it as light as the mustang
