What all will I have to modify or upgrade for full swap K20 type R 6 speed into a 94 civic ex 5 speed coupe?

You'd be better off going onto forums and going through their classified ads, or going to your local junkyard and finding the RSX Type-S engine instead. There are quite a few people who have done that swap for $5,000-$6,000. But with the Type R swap, you're going to pay at least that for the engine, transmission, and ecu alone.
