what is a good car to tune up that is under a thousand?
I have been looking for many cars under a thousand like missing a part or two that is good. Like something that has a turbo. I've been looking at a golf gti turbo or jetta turbo and possibly an eclipse gsx. Someone please help me.
For under a thousand your prob looking at some car thats from 1990 to 1999 or so, perhaps an old Honda or Toyota, or a Dodge Neon / Stealth, or perhaps a old Chevy (which is actually probably around the 2000 range).
