What do i use to fix the dome light switch on the door?
as some of you knlw, there is a little button on the inside CRACK of the door, you know where it slams, that when PRESSED IT(closing the door) turns off the top light, well, the problem with me, there is nothing on the door to shut to press that button when i close it, so my dome light for my truck never turns off, what should i get / put on my door to fix this problem?
You trying to tell us that the door is so rusted out there is no metal left where the door pillar switch is?
Take the bulb out or put a switch in the light housing.
Tape a piece of metal across the contact area.
Or just adjust the door latch tighter.
