Should I get a cheap turbo kit off of eBay or get a high quality cat-back exhaust and cold air intake?
It doesn't make sense to introduce a turbo without first addressing your intake / exaust situation. I think a cat-back and a good cold air intake should take priority. The engine has to be able to breathe to take full advantage of a turbo.
