What car is this body kit for? Honda Accord? Please Help! I need an answer asap! Thanks!

I need to know what kind of car this body kit is for. I'm told it's for 94-97 honda accord. however, this is what makes me wonder, it appears that the bottom bumper (top piece in pic) has a place for a license plate. The 94-97 accord license plate mounts on the trunk. Is this a body kit for a 94-97 accord or something else? (fyi it won't fit a civic, so I'm told) Maybe what I'm thinking is a license plate spot is not that. I dunno. Please help me! And thanks soo soo so much. Here's links to pics.

i personally wouldnt go bodykits, but if its YOUR style then go for it,
as far as what car it is for its virtually impossible for me to tell you looking from the bottom view as you posted, any obvious hints would be where it mounts to the fenders and goes around the headlights.

another way to check is the accord is 70.1 inches wide according to wiki, so just measure it.
for the license plate, some people shave the trunk (making a flat surface) and mount it on the bumper, but i of course think OEM is better.
