Chevy 350 Exhaust - Dynomax Racing Bullets?
I ordered a set of Dynomax racing bullets for my 350 engine that has headers. I read that they are too loud and also that they aren't all too loud in some occasions. I am wondering if i were to install them towards the end of the exhaust if that would quiet my exhaust down rather than having them closer to the headers? A guy at work runs straight exhaust on his 350 and it doesnt seem all that loud until he revs it up.
S10- no cats, headers.
I don't know what model your truck is but if you have (a) catalytic converter(s) if you place the cat(s) after the muffler it will quiet it down some most new car manufactures do it, but if you don't have cat(s) placing the muffler closer to the end of the pipe I don't think would make that much of a difference maybe a little but probably not enough to matter.
